Huge congratulations to Mikey on his Full 180 Transformation!
When Mikey first started his journey with me, he was very lean, weighing in the late 60’s kg range. Our goal was to develop lean muscle, improve his health, and address his poor relationship with food.
Over The Time Mikey has been training with strict programming he has significantly transformed his shape, gaining 11 lbs of muscle and reducing body fat. He’s now up to nearly 76 kg, which is a much healthier weight for his height.
Well done, Mikey! I’m really proud of your efforts. Now it’s down to you to implement those tools so you can continue to progress with your health and fitness.

TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY 🔥
The image on the left is me around 10 years ago on a family holiday, at this point I was walking around thinking I was a don when really, I was a chubby checker with no idea about nutrition 🤣
Fast forward to not so long ago…
The image on the right was taken on a photo shoot, where I worked my **** off to get as ripped as I could using the skills and knowledge i've learnt over the years from Personal Training!
Here I was 86kg’s (13st 7lb) at 7% Body Fat
Right now I am around 89-90kg’s
and always stay sub 10% Body Fat
At this body composition it’s a good happy medium for me as I can still stay in shape all year round without having any restrictions with food, it’s easier to maintain for me and I can have balance which is so important!
Every once in a while I like to post this horror of a photo 😂 to remind myself on how far I’ve come with my physique over the years, whether it’s building muscle, gaining strength or weight/fat loss, I can certainly relate and I know exactly what it takes to get you there!
We all have to start somewhere 👀 hope this has motivated you today 😄

😍TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY 😍
Congratulations to Chris Hewitt on completing his 12 Week Transformation
Chris’s ultimate goal was to get back into shape again and improve his general fitness, he has done himself and me proud with what he has achieved on has fitness journey so far, his work ethic and commitment to this plan has been fantastic,
On Chris’s journey we’ve seen some awesome changes, including:
- Increased Strength & Bone Density
- Changes to body composition, losing 6% body fat and packing on 7lbs of Muscle,
- Circumference measurements, dropping 3inches on the waist and gaining on the chest, legs and arms. Creating the Vaper effect,
- Improved physical fitness and muscular endurance

Congratulations to Damian Mc Cann on completing his 12-week training programme 🔥
He has packed on 8 lbs of lean muscle mass, further reducing his body fat levels, Damian has totally transformed his physique and his health and fitness is now at an all-time high.
Before Damian started with me, he underwent his own 90-day transformation from an online program to see what he could achieve by himself, and he made some fantastic progress.
Damian was at a point where he wanted to take his physique to the next level and thought it was time to invest in a trainer, he took the leap and contacted me at the end of September 2021
From day one we tailored a training programme and nutritional strategy to suit Damian’s goals and needs, we’ve monitored his progression over the last 12 weeks by logging strength increases, checking body composition and looking closely at what adaptations were needed to get the best results possible.
In order to achieve the physique he desired, it always takes full commitment to the training programme, consistency, great habits and lots of other crucial points, but above all else the most important one is always the training intensity!
Well the stats don’t lie and nor do the pictures, amazing work Damian!
