FYI: Learning how to lift correctly does not happen overnight! 🙅🏾♀️
This course was primarily designed to empower all the girlies to ditch wasting time on the cardio machines and master the weight section 🏋🏽♀️
Deadlift can be intimidating and the movements are not easy to execute, hence why many tend to avoid because “they hurt my back” 😩
With my coaching you’ll become confident lifting weights with correct form and become the strongest version of yourself 💪🏾
