🥋🥋Fantastic day today with the Taekwondo Dongmeng - alliance of British Taekwondo clubs for the Dan Seminar in preparation for the Summer Dongmeng Dan Grading. With over 60 participants from clubs from across the entire nation, getting together, practicing Taekwondo and making new friends.

🥋🥋 5 hours of Taekwondo concentrating on the required syllabus contents from Poomsae, Self-Defence to Destruction with instruction and coaching from the Dan Examination panel members under the view of Grandmaster Lennox and Grandmaster Steeper. Thanks to our hosts at Boston Taekwondo for such a great day!
