I’ve done a DSA google recce so you don’t have to if you're planning to use the Green Man pub on Dagmar Avenue, or JJ Moons which is the local Spoons situated on Wembley High Road.

The 297 bus runs along Blackbird Hill & Blackbird Cross near the north circular. It runs past Asda (if you're parked there) to Wembley Park Station if that's where you arrive when travelling by train. The stop for Dagmar Avenue is D.

For those wanting Spoons you will require Stop SH further along Park Lane. It's the last stop on that road. Walk to the end of Park Lane, turn left and Spoons is on the opposite side of the road. Alternatively, there is a pub called the Liquor Station on the junction of the two roads. You should be able to see this from the bus stop. Spoons is three buildings up on the same side of the road as The Liquor Store.

The roads and pub entrances appear to be level access as far as I can see but I’m using google so dont shoot me if I’m wrong!

From Spoons to The Green Man is a 9 minute walk & from there its approx 13 minute walk to the stadium.

It’s a Sunday service and the route may change if the traffic gets too congested so it’s advisable to download the TFL App onto your phone. This gives real time updates on the arrival of the bus. (if I can use it, then anyone can).

Wheelchairs travel free and mostly they do not charge the carer. Otherwise it’s £1.75 per person no matter how far you travel on the bus.

Hope this helps.

TICKETS & INFO: PLAY-OFF FINAL 18/05/2026

To our loyal DSA fans.

I have received some personal messages today as well as seeing posts on FB regarding folks not being able to purchase disabled and carer tickets together. The club has encouraged Disabled and over 65’s to call or go to the ticket office in person 😀 as you will see by clicking this link.

https://www.nottscountyfc.co.uk/news/2026/may/15/tickets---info--play-off-final/

Notts have 33,000 tickets. Therefore, if you plan to go to Wembley do not wait until you have your ticket to book travel. Travel will sell out fast! It’s worth the gamble to do it in reverse sometimes.

Someone said they are going to wait until general sale, I would encourage you to call Notts before then especially if you require an end or aisle seat.

Also, “DO NOT” hang up. You will get adverts etc but just stay on the line. It took me 40 minutes today as I was 25 in the queue. The staff are brilliant and they will get to you.

Please do not take this as literal advice, but it’s what I did and it has worked for me.

Good luck and see you at Wembley. COYP 😀

Due to family commitments and timings around night matches we don’t normally open the office prior to an evening kick off.

That said with how busy the match on Friday is expected to be; if you or someone in your group would like to borrow a sensory bag. Please email us on [email protected] and we will try to work with you to arrange a suitable collection to facilitate this.

Thought i'd share the positive response from Shrewsbury Town FC on the LPF site following our recent visit. Could not be happier with their response 😁

Hi Jeff,
Hope you are well and many thanks for your email. I’ve copied in our Safety Officer, Dave Hoult, as I believer your LPF report when to him initially, although I have seen it since.
Thanks for raising the toilet dispenser – probably a design fault back when the stadium was first built and we will be onto this asap.

With the stoma friendly toilets, we feel we can do this fairy efficiently, research shows that we can convert our accessible toilets readily. It was brought to us in fan parliament by a gentleman who sits in blocks 18 and 19 at the ground. Our view being if we are looking to do one toilet then we might as well to the majority and include the away end from a equality standpoint. We have secured some funding from our main supporter’s group, the Super Blues to aid us with this.

I really appreciate the insight re the ramp. We did get some portable ones, however the kerb to the Fan Zone is high and although we managed to solve that it was more the depth of runway, for want of a better phase which left us short. So back to the drawing board on this, something akin to what you get on trains or at railway stations is our latest thought, however if you have any ideas or where is best to secure this we would be really happy to listen. Our DLO is just happy that we are looking at these improvements.

In the nicest possible way Jeff, I hope we don’t see you at Croud Meadow next season, as it will be you have gone up. In my opinion the best Footballing side I have seen visit us this season. I will share some photos when we complete if you would like. Thank you for all you do for disabled supporters.

Warm regards,
John Rhodes
