What is your goal ?

This family were struggling with naps and getting their 9 month old off to sleep at night.

They often had to resort to rocking her to sleep which was becoming tiring as baby got bigger and heavier.

They wanted a quicker bedtime and for naps to be easier in the day.

Did we achieve this ….. YES !

How ? We used a gentle approach that didn’t involve any physical strain on the parents. We looked at the nap routine and made some tweaks.
