Last nights session was the busiest I’ve seen it in a very long time. Great numbers, great atmosphere, and everyone out in a shift!!

Finished with a bit of a fitness blast and some stretching!

Another good session. Everyone working hard and putting in some good sparring. Nice to see great numbers remaining for the sparring.

Busy old session last night. Smashing out some clinch work to start with, then finishing with pads!!!

Warm session this morning. Smashing pads, drills, and a tasty bit of sparring this morning. Plenty of sweat and plenty of smiling faces.

Today marks a milestone for Sabai Muay Thai. It’s our 10th birthday!!

I reflect back on our humble beginnings, the difficulties we’ve had with finding a stable home (which we’ve had for a while now with the lovely Phoenix Kickboxing), the fighters we’ve put out, the titles won, and all the students that have come through the doors!

Thank you to everyone who continues to support us and allow us to thrive. Onwards and upwards!
