We’ve teamed up with the fabulous Emma from Add A Splash Swim School to bring you the ultimate Aqua-natal Classes – think gentle exercise, spa vibes, and a whole lot of floating fun.

🗓 When: Mondays, 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM - Starting 2nd June 2025

📍 Where: Aqua Bliss Swim, 3 Arnot Hill Road, Arnold, NG5 6LJ💷 Price: £12.50 per session or 4 for £40

Children’s swimming lessons available on Saturday afternoons at the Lenton Centre between 2.30pm and 5pm.
We take children from the age of 3+ beginners and improvers.
