- subconscious mind - bringing forward some threads from your past and unravelling them. Ingrained patterns that are still there. No digging. They'll appear using my unique approach. It's Aha moments of relief and often the penny drops here...

- spiritually - the wider concept outside of the human. Where deep peace feels available. I help you discover this during your session. It's key in my approach.

FREEDOM is what runs through it all.

All her life. Every situation. Without question she just did it. On autopilot. (Sound familiar?...)

But then one day she started coming to Yoga, and I always talk about human behaviour, patterns and how we have the ability to change. If we want to look deeper. She felt the pull to listen ....

This then progressed to deeper curiosity. This woman did my Wild Grace program and started attending my events. She had some one to one sessions and we started to unlock some stubborn beliefs. She started to understand the relationship of behaviour and root beliefs, how we can intervene to alter our own energy and mindset. I could literally feel the shift in her. Her commitment driven by more clarity and more calm. She was taking her own power back. Speaking up. Making different decisions. Not following the same guilt cycle. It was different.

Then came INTUITION and a deep sense of CONNECTION. Love. Belonging. A desire for more without the same energy driving it. This is where it moves up a gear...

She's taking the time to practice. To journal. To use the tapping. To become a more conscious being. To wake up, rather than think it's just life, it's just me.

From the moment I started playing a medicine drum in 2024 (because it was 'choose something that scares you') I went on to buy my own, I have grown with her, sat with her, cried with her, studied and explored within myself, my vessel and my deepest soul connection.
I then went on to do a course January 26 including Bowls, Gongs, Voice, Percussion and much more.

I LOVE integrating sound and voice into what I do because it creates POWERFUL shifts of energy, mindset and deep healing. It's shown me so much within my own sacred practice too. Yesterday we discussed the DIVINE within. We used White Grapefruit oil to connect with our light nature. Tapped to elevate the light within and detach from our thinking mind as well as relax our nervous system.

Cacao opened our hearts and set our vibration higher as well as fuelling the body with flavanoids and mood elevators.

The sound washed through the body, to not only stimulate but cleanse the energy body, leaving a feeling of lightness and calm.

We shared what stood in the way of being connected to our divine self. Limiting beliefs, patterns, old energy, the things we've believed we are or aren't.
These aren't the usual conversations at a sound bath....
