Hi Everyone,
Following the government’s announcement today in response to a rise in Covid-19 cases, our gym will be temporarily closing tonight at 9pm in line with Tier 4 restrictions.
Rest assured that you won’t pay for your membership while we remain closed and we will keep you informed via email with any developments, including a reopening date when we have this information available.
We know this news is disappointing – we 100% feel the same. Right now, we all just need to remember that this is going to pass, and we should hold onto today’s fantastic news about the Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine.
In the meantime, we want to thank you all for supporting us this year, working with us to ensure that our gym stayed safe for everyone.
When the news comes, we’ll be ready and raring to go. We just can’t wait to welcome you all back through our doors.
We wish you all a happy and very hopeful New Year.

Christmas Opening Hours 🎄
Merry Christmas from all the team!
We are sure you’ve heard the news that gyms in England are closing again this week, and whilst we’re of course disappointed, we are here to keep you moving!
Today we’re launching our Six for Movember Challenge. Taking part is really easy - no matter where you are in the UK.
You need to move 6km – you can run, you can cycle, you can row - it doesn't matter how, we are just asking you to move!
Once you’re done, snap a selfie, share and tag 6 mates to do it next, then donate £6 for Movember! (Link in Bio).
We know many of you will find it difficult when our gyms close, but this is a really easy way to keep moving and keep each other motivated.
When we set up this challenge, we knew we were heading in to uncertain times, and needed to come up with something that could bring us all together - no matter how far we must be apart.
Please join us in this challenge and help us raise money for this amazing cause!
We'll be sharing more ways to get involved later this week.

We’ve got great news for you! From Monday 2nd November The Gym Nottingham City will be extending our opening hours.
That’s right, from Monday we will open at 4am, then operate 24 hours a day during the week, closing at 10pm Friday night. Great for you early birds or night owls!
On weekends we will still be open 8am-8pm.
We are absolutely committed to providing our members with flexible access to The Gym and thank you for your patience as we scale up our opening ours safely.
From Monday 2nd November:
MONDAY 4am - 10pm FRIDAY
WEEKENDS 8am - 8pm
