The international team auditions are only open to current UK team Members.

❗️Ilkeston Stay and Play cancelled❗️

Today's stay and play session at our Ilkeston site is cancelled. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the cancelled session.

A huge well done to all of our Rhythmic Squad gymnasts who competed at the Zone C and East Midlands Regional Championships a couple of weeks ago. 🤸✨

Every gymnast performed beautiful routines and should be incredibly proud of their performances. It was a fantastic way to round off the competition season!

A big thank you to all of our coaches and parents for their continued time, support and dedication throughout the season – we couldn't do it without you.

Now it's time for a well-earned summer break. Relax, recharge, and we'll see you all ready for another exciting season! ☀️💙

Unfortunately, tonight's adult gymnastics session has been cancelled.

Our classes will be back as normal next week, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back then.

Some of our Stay & Play sessions are cancelled over the next couple of weeks.

Don't worry though – we'll still be running plenty of Stay & Play sessions throughout the summer holidays! ☀️🤸

🌞 IMPORTANT UPDATE – Today’s Sessions 🌞
All sessions at both of our sites are still going ahead today! 💙🤸
With temperatures remaining high, we’ll be making a few adjustments to ensure all gymnasts can train safely and comfortably:
💧 Please ensure all gymnasts arrive with a water bottle.
⏸️ Sessions will include more frequent hydration breaks.
🤸 Training will be lower intensity than usual to help manage the heat.
The wellbeing of our gymnasts is always our top priority. If your gymnast is feeling unwell or isn’t fit to train in the heat, please keep them at home today.

Ruby performed two beautiful routines and achieved a season's best with her ribbon routine, finishing in an incredible 4th place overall. We couldn't be prouder of all your hard work, dedication, and determination.
