Well it"s been lovely to get back to one of my other loves, fitness. It's been a while since I've done a video.
I wanted to create a workout which targeted all the problem areas for women of a certain age, when our bodies stop producing so much oestrogen and try to compensate by storing fat, in all the worst places😁. So the focus is on the stomach, love handles, arms, back and that area that tries to spill out of the sides of your bra.
It's a standing routine, no equipment and will take about 20 minutes. I've been doing it everyday and after two and a half weeks it had made a big difference. Here is the link, download it and enjoy.
