The Women's Rugby World Cup, hosted in England, starts in August and runs till the end of the Summer.
Nottingham Casuals RFC, Beeston's Rugby Club, is inviting all Girls and Women to "Play Rugby your way" by taking part in our Open nights on Thursday 4th September.
You don't need any experience or fitness, just turn up and we'll do the rest.
Rugby is a really inclusive sport and can be played by those with all shapes and sizes. We promote fun, fitness & friendship. We don't have the 'cliques' other sports do.
Girls, ages 9 - 17 | Thursday 6pm - 7pm
All Women, all ages | Thursday 7pm - 8pm

Nottingham Casuals Minis RFC are the Minis of Nottingham Casuals RFC, based in Beeston Rylands. We welcome all boy and girls from Foundation to Adults.
The only Rugby club in Broxtowe, we run 4 Mens teams, Minis from under 6s to under 12s, Juniors (Boys) from u13s to u18s and Colts and now Girls from u12s up to u18s also. The Nottingham Casuals RFC Nottingham Casuals Minis, Juniors & Girls Rugby Club girls section having a pizza party in the Casuals clubhouse after Thursday training before the u14s, u16s and u18s play in the NLD Girls cup games this weekend.
The captains from each side gave speeches while the rest of the minis girls and the u12s watched on.

Let's hear it for the fantastic Nottingham Casuals RFC Sunday cafe team!!!
While our 60 odd coaches are taking care of business out on the pitches, the cafe team will be in the clubhouse serving bacon cobs, coffees, post match food and possibly a few beers in the afternoon to 100s of children and adults.
Helen here turned up at 8am today and will be running the Operations till about 16:00 when the Girls games are over. Normally you'd see life long stalwart David Gill, and Jae, Bex, Liz B plus Penny from the Juniors and Girls also.
The cafe isn't just extra income to help fund rugby, it's a social club also, bringing together kids and parents and enabling the Rugby environment to be more than just sport.
Also great seeing so many of the Girls team coming down to help coach the Minis age groups as part of their DoE activities!
Sunday is a truly "One Club" event... 👏👏👏

We train each Thursday at 6pm at our club in the Rylands and play games approx. 1 a month on a Sunday.
