Covering all aspects of coaching across all disciplines of mountain biking from beginner to advanced riding. Professional coaching and mountain bike instruction in Nottingham and the East Midlands. Courses run all over the UK and abroad. I hold some of the highest MTB instructor and British Cycling coaching awards available. Coaching and skills sessions are available for all levels and abilities from little rippers up to weekend warrior riders, all conducted in a fun, relaxed atmosphere with the emphasise on learning whilst having fun. Learn how to set up your bike correctly, how to corner, how to jump, how to tackle drop offs. Hourly sessions available as well as full and half day. Get in touch to discuss your requirements. Little rippers sessions available on request all undertaken with parents present. Bike repairs also undertaken by our Park Tools trained mechanic.

A bit of a soggy session today but that didn’t deter this rider who was looking to get his jumping dialled in. A fantastic effort with awesome progress in some tricky conditions guided by our expert coach.

💥💥💥 Super stoked to present our academy rider who has been with us a year now his GEARS Level 2 and 3 award! He’s made awesome progress throughout the year starting off with basic skills and drills in the park to riding freeride trails, red dh runs and 4x tracks and tackling the features on them with confidence and control in varied conditions.
Massive well done buddy keep up the hard work!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏
