The club was formed in 1890, making us 133 years old this coming 2023 season.

We have two teams that play in the Gunn & Moore South Nottinghamshire Cricket League on Saturdays. (Division D & Division H)

Last season (2022) our mid-week T20 team won the Radio Faza T20 Cup, in a close final against West Bridgford Legion CC.

We also have two Sunday teams - one in the Mansfield & District Sunday League (Section 2 South), and the other playing friendly matches against local or touring sides.

Congratulations to our T20 Team - winning the Radio Faza Cup with a 22 run victory against West Bridgford Legion CC in a low-scoring final. (Chilwell - 115/8 batting first ; WBL 93-8 in reply) 🥳👏

We are extremely disappointed that a large group of Travellers broke onto the Hetley Pearson Recreation Ground in Beeston yesterday afternoon to set up camp - and feel very concerned for the local neighbours & residents that this also affects.

Hoping that the damage etc to the facility & surrounds after they leave is not too serious - but it will inevitably take some time to sort out once they do depart.😢

Less than 24 hours left on our Crowdfunder appeal:
We have £400 raised from 19 supporters so far; the target is min £500 from min 25 supporters. If we can possibly get 6 or more people donating and £100 + more, we could win a grant from Sport England to double this to £1000!
