In which I am currently the lead coach at Bingham Triathlon Club and have held the position for 2 years. My Triathlon achievements include winning the Skegness Triathlon, Age Group winner at Leeds Triathlon, Age Group winner at Southwell Triathlon and Sub 5 Hour Half Ironman at Holkham Half. My Running achievements include a 58min 10mile race at York finishing 8th overall and 1h18min half maratho

Run Form Coaching is Back!

New 6x block starting this Friday 6.30pm
Outdoor varied locations around Newark.

Sessions are designed to improve functional movement patterns which translate to better run form and efficiency. The sessions include a combination of run drills, strength training and plyometrics to reinforce correct movement patterns.

These sessions will help you develop power, speed and endurance. They provide the missing link to unlock your running potential!

Stay injury free and run with purpose!! Delivered by an age group winning triathlete and university design lecturer who focuses on run form dynamics.

Tonight we are focusing on building strength/ range of movement of hip flexors. This will include agility and functional movement patterns.

Main set
4mins tempo / 2x sets - 200,400,600,800 with 30/60secs rec. Decreasing pace in gears.

Hi Everyone

I have been putting on live video streaming strength training on a Wednesday morning/evening Friday morning/evening and Saturday morning. They are focused on speed development, overall body conditioning and plyometrics. They are testing sessions to really develop your endurance.

As a technique triathlon coach the video gives me chance to analyse your form and help develop your weaknesses which may be leading to poor form accross swim, bike and running. Let me know if you would like to join us! We are small groups which allows personal focus. During these difficult times this is the way to keep fit and stay connected!!

Congratulations Henrietta. Amazing running at Silverstone 10k. Second best 10k ever and consideration the rehab program over the last few months it's an fantastic comeback. Great to part of your journey! Glad to see you running fast again.

Lincoln TRI- Jane Mathews.

What an incredible first performance from Jane yesterday at Lincoln Sprint Tri. Jane is one of the strongest athletes I have the pleasure to coach. Her drive is incredible.

Her first ever tri and she came 1st in her age group. What a performance.
