With poetry from Mona Arshi, Isabelle Baafi, Kevin Mclean, Sarah Fletcher and Rachelle Foster, and music from Mr Shay, this will be an excellent event!

SATURDAY WORKSHOP | SOUND BATH | 10:00-11:00 💆

Saturday begins with a healing sound bath led by Alchemic Tones! Creating 432Hz meditation music and running monthly sound baths in Sherwood, Babita brings a deeply unique perspective to sound as a tool to reset, rebalance and recharge. With 20+ years in music as a percussionist, she fuses rhythm, energy healing and meditation to create transformative sound journeys. A calming way to begin a weekend of inspiration and insight!

You can join us for a series of different workshops and panels, covering a range of creative industry related topics, including scene building, kickstarting creativity on a budget, bookings & curation, publishing & sync and radical care in the music industry.

The first day of this year’s Industry Weekend will finish with an exciting discussion between Yazmin Lacey and her manager Amy Frenchum, led by Marina from Ladies Music Pub!
