The number one reason why you struggle with squats .
Yes range is super important , but often your range is not the easiest thing to fix to see improvement.
Bracing or creating more tension in your core will see the weight go up and your muscles connections to the exercise .
Meaning β¦ you will work the muscles harder .
So if you struggle with squats try adding this drill and reduce your range for a while when going heavy .
