My ultimate favourite "dessert" chia seeds soaked over night in almond milk. Nice with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon too! (Home Bargains sell big pouches of chia seeds cheap compared to Holland and Barrett prices!)

EASY and CLEAN Stuffed peppers topped with goats cheese and pine nuts. Stuffing consists of Quinoa, mint, garlic, onion, fresh tomatoes and seasoned with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper. Makes a good easy work lunch food!

SUGAR FREE homemade protein porridge mix made with porridge oats, Quinoa, linseed, ground almonds, walnuts, and pistachio nuts, with cinnamon and nutmeg to add flavour! I use almond or soya milk. The perfect refuel after a morning workout!

With the next few days promised to be scorching hot, don't forget the wet stuff!
Drinking plenty of water will aid avoid headaches, fatigue, muscle cramps and mood swings. This applies to everyone; not just the active!
For the average Joe there really isn't too much water as you're never going to be able to hit it, so drink it plain, cold, with juice or infused with fruit; just get down your neck. Aim for around 3-4 litres a day, more of you're active.

Glutenfree rice, Meatballs and Sauce equals heaven!
Don't be afraid of white rice people! Especially post exercise.....it is more effectively absorbed by the body for energy and refuelling post session!
