At 5K Your Way, we encourage everyone to do as much or as little of the parkrun as they'd like, whether this is the whole 5K, 500m or they'd just like to watch and support! We then meet together for coffee and cake.

The main thing is to enjoy yourself! 😃

It’s hard to put into words how much joy it gives us to see so many people joining together to move against cancer. We give people hope that life can carry on, belief that it’s possible to thrive despite cancer, camaraderie through the challenges and a sense of achievement. Plus some endorphins, fresh air and smiles!
