The next free c25k started on January 6th at 7pm (but don't worry if you missed the first week!)

Caitlin will be taking the sessions and is a qualified and experienced coach, who loves helping people who think that running isn’t for them. "We start really gently and build up gradually. Nobody is too slow or too unfit to join!"

HUGE congratulations to Martin Phillips on becoming WORLD CHAMPION 🏆 🏅👏 !!! Martin was part of the victorious UK M65 4x400m relay team at the World Masters Championships in Sweden. Earlier in the week he also made the semi final of the individual 200m and ran "faster than his age" (in seconds) in his individual 400m heat.

Entries are now open for Mini-League #3 on June 2nd. RAC is still winning, but let's consolidate that position by all competing at our home track.

A hot day with some blistering athletics action at Saturdays T&F Mini-League, match #3. RAC's young athletes continued their streak, with provisional results showing another great Rushcliffe win. We've halfway through the season, so let's retain the focus, train hard, and smash it on our home Mini-League on June 2nd. Entries will be online soon.
