🥋 “Know your strikes! 💥 Each technique is a weapon in your arsenal — from open-hand strikes to powerful elbow blows. Master every move with precision and purpose.”
1️⃣ Teisho-uchi (Palm Heel Strike)
A powerful strike using the base of the palm — often aimed at the chin, nose, or solar plexus. It’s safe for your wrist and great for close-range defense.
2️⃣ Shuto-uchi (Knife-Hand Strike)
Delivered with the edge of the hand, this move targets the neck or collarbone. It’s a classic karate strike for precision and control.
3️⃣ Yonhon-nukite (Four-Finger Spearhand)
A spear-like thrust using four extended fingers — aimed at soft targets like the throat or solar plexus. Requires focus and accuracy.
4️⃣ Empi-uchi (Elbow Strike)
A short, powerful strike using the elbow. Effective in close combat when space is limited.
5️⃣ Age-empi-uchi (Rising Elbow Strike)
The elbow moves upward, usually targeting the opponent’s chin or jaw. Great for countering attacks from close range.
6️⃣ Otoshi-empi-uchi (Dropping Elbow Strike)
A downward elbow strike used to hit opponents below or to finish a takedown. Strong and direct.
💥 Each strike has its purpose — speed, power, or precision — and together, they form a complete striking system.
