What a month November was!

We had 16 PMAS students from across my Nottinghamshire clubs take part in the Autumn PMAS championships, all had a great day and came away with 20 Golds 15 Silvers and 4 Bronze medals between them 😁🥊🥇🥈🥉

Then to top it off over 50 new grades awarded to students who graded on the last weekend of the month, I also had the pleasure of awarding Jane her 5th Dan and Ant his 4th Dan, massive congratulations to all
