“I just don’t have the motivation”
We recognise that it can be tough to get started and it can always feel that there are barriers in the way. The truth is, very few people feel motivated before they start.
Motivation usually comes after you’ve taken that first step and start to feel the benefits and enjoy exercing more and more.
Our fitness team will help you stay motivated by creating enjoyable programmes, introducing you to new equipment, recommending classes you’ll enjoy, and celebrating your progress along the way.
You’re never expected to do it on your own. We’ll be your biggest supporter.
If you are thinking of taking those first steps to exercising regularly, were here to give you that helping hand.

Pool Closure Notice – Bramcote Leisure Centre
We're sorry to let you know that our pools at Bramcote Leisure Centre are currently closed due to a technical fault with our chlorine generator overnight. We're working hard to get an engineer out to resolve this as quickly as possible.
We understand this is disappointing, especially for those with lessons or sessions booked, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We'll update you here as soon as we have more information on reopening.

What if getting active wasn’t really just about going to the gym?
But instead...
• Having enough energy to play with your children or grandchildren
• Walking up the stairs without stopping
• Enjoying playing on the beach with your kids without feeling exhausted
• Feeling happier, sleeping better, and reducing stress
Exercise isn’t about spending hours working out. It’s about making everyday life easier, healthier and more enjoyable.
That’s why our Get Active campaign focuses on helping real people make realistic lifestyle changes that last.
Start with just two or three 30 minute sessions each week, small steps really do make a difference.
