Last week we completed the Stay Away Course, our premier Self Defense programme for Women. An action packed 8 weeks of learning the basics and applying simple and effective techniques to help Stay Safe and manage a range of threatening situations. Great effort and attitude by this group - who I know now feel safer and more confident than when they started.
Don’t miss your chance to be part of our next course, running in West Bridgford (starts October 5th 2027) and take control of your safety. Early Bird offer available until end of August.

Big shout-out to those who turned up on Sunday, for the Krav-Kettlebell Connection, part of our Summer Series -- after the England late night finisher, weary start but we finished Strong!
Here’s a snapshot of what this crew demolished:
• The Power Formula: We busted the "body mass illusion" and proved that punching power starts from the ground up. (Hip drive = 31% of your straight punch power!).
• Kime & Tension: Mastered the Soviet Special Ops "Hard Style" concepts to build a bulletproof shield and pack some serious armour onto our shoulders.
• The Alactic Finisher: Blew through a high-intensity, combat-conditioned EMOM designed to train explosive, violent power—not just metabolic exhaustion.
Massive thanks to everyone for the solid focus, the sharp partner structure checks, and for keeping safety absolute. You didn't just workout; you practiced.
What’s next? Sunday we built your explosive engine and structural shield.
In Part II (16th August), we’re unlocking the rest of the movement poster—diving into advanced programming, deep mobility work, and the legendary Turkish Get-Up.

The Krav Maga Women's only course got started last night. This course is based on the Stay Away format, plenty of energy and enthusiasm was on display as we started the journey to build confidence, capability and some solid skills in self defence for this group based in Nottingham.

A typical night at Krav Maga Nottingham. Stop training for the ring and start preparing for the street. This session was a high intensity dive into the reality of violence.
Moving from ballistic boxing entries to the chaos of multiple attackers, bladed threats, and tactical ground recovery.
