The Krav Maga Women's only course got started last night. This course is based on the Stay Away format, plenty of energy and enthusiasm was on display as we started the journey to build confidence, capability and some solid skills in self defence for this group based in Nottingham.

The Krav Maga Women's Only course kicked off last night. There was a clear sense of purpose as participants began developing practical self-defense skills. This Nottingham group is committed to building confidence and resilience, driven by a strong determination to protect themselves and their loved ones — and to walk more safely in their community.

Today was a reboot of the GT Pavement Arena and Animal Day material/format. Gutsy performances, especially from those who haven’t put themselves through Animal Day before and stood taller afterwards because of it

Got sweaty this morning. Second of our special summer sessions in the bag. Each year we run a hat-full of in-house, outside-the-box, sessions for our members. Coach Hannah delivered a Dutch kickboxing-style class inspired by the material of legendary MMA fighter Bas Rutten. The first workshop, delivered by coach Rob, was a down-and-nasty look at weapons of opportunity for high stakes environments. And we’ve got another 5 at least to come!
