🔺FREE KIDS SELF-DEFENCE & ANTI-BULLYING WORKSHOP🔺
With the new school year beginning, it’s a great time to give kids some extra confidence and practical tools for handling difficult situations.
We’ll cover common bullying and self-defence scenarios, recognising body language, confident communication, de-escalation and simple techniques if a situation does become physical.
