Turns out coming home doesn’t automatically mean feeling settled. 😂

My head has had approximately 427 tabs open this week and apparently adding “you haven’t posted anything” as tab number 428 wasn’t particularly helpful.

So no beautifully constructed message today. No profound lesson. Just me, trying to stop spinning quite so many plates and find my way back into the ordinary rhythms of home.

And actually, I think ordinary is exactly what I’m craving.

A morning routine. Work. Movement. Proper food. Walking Monty. Knowing where the kids are. Our little sunset turnaround. A cup of tea in my own kitchen.

After a life that has felt incredibly unpredictable for quite a while, there’s something really lovely about knowing what happens next.

So here’s to boring Mondays, familiar rituals and slowly finding our feet again. 🤍

Turns out boring is bloody lovely. 😂

Please bring a pillow, your favourite cleanser and toner, cotton pads, a bowl of water and some oil, it doesn’t have to be fancy oil, even coconut or olive oil will do. Tomorrow morning… absolutely no getting dressed required. 😂☕️

PJs on. Cuppa in hand. Maybe light a candle.

And come spend a slow Sunday morning with me. 🤍

I've created Sunday Ritual Morning because so many of you have asked me about the little rituals I've been sharing recently and especially where on earth do I start?

So tomorrow I'm going to show you.

We'll spend an hour together exploring:

🌿 Gentle somatic movement
🌿 Calming breathwork
🌿 Face yoga
🌿 Stillness & rest

Nothing complicated. Nothing strenuous. And definitely no expectation that you suddenly develop a perfect morning routine.

Just some really simple ways to come out of your head, into your body and spend a little time with yourself.

Sunday 20th · 9am UK · Live online
£10 or FREE for Kula Springs members
Replay included if 9am doesn't work for you.

☕️ Bring a cuppa.
🩷 Wear your PJs.
🌿 Come exactly as you are.

Comment RITUAL and I'll send you the link, or you'll find it in my bio.

See you in the morning. 🤍

I think one of the strangest things grief has given me is a completely different relationship with joy.

When your heart has been broken that deeply, the moments when joy does break through can feel almost technicolour.

Charles and I talked a lot about intentionally choosing those moments. Not to escape our grief. Not to fill the enormous spaces our husbands have left behind. But because we know, perhaps more than we ever wanted to, how precious an ordinary moment of being completely alive actually is.

And Paris was full of them. 🤍

We missed them desperately. We talked about them constantly. We cried. And we had an absolutely bloody wonderful time.

It turns out grief and joy don’t have to take turns.

There is room for both.

And when joy finds me now, I intend to let myself feel every bloody bit of it. 🥂🤍 Cheers to Richard & Olly

“I’d love to have little rituals like yours, but I wouldn’t know where to start…”

I’ve had SO many messages like this recently. 🤍

And the truth is, you don’t need a complicated 5am morning routine, seventeen supplements and an ice bath 😂

My little rituals are simply moments in my day where I intentionally come back to myself.

So this Sunday morning, I thought I’d invite you to join me and I’ll show you some of mine.

We’ll spend a slow hour together exploring:

🌿 Gentle somatic movement
🌿 Calming breathwork
🌿 Face yoga
🌿 A little stillness

Nothing strenuous. Nothing to achieve. And definitely nothing you have to start doing every single morning afterwards.

Just come, experience it, and perhaps you'll find one or two little rituals that feel like yours.

☕ Bring a cuppa
🩷 PJs absolutely welcome

When was the last time you allowed yourself to rest before you were completely exhausted?

Not scrolling.

Not watching TV while answering messages.

Not lying in bed mentally running through tomorrow's to-do list.

Actual rest.

This September, as we explore Coming Home, I'm inviting you to join me for a very different kind of evening.

🌙 THE JOURNEY HOME
A live Yoga Nidra for deep rest and reconnection.

Tomorrow Monday 14th September | 9pm UK | Live on Zoom

Get into bed. Turn the lights down. Put your phone away.

And for a little while, let someone else do the guiding.

£10 | Members included | Replay included

My first Sunday at home without Olly. 🤍

There are some things about being back that feel comforting and familiar, and others that feel anything but.

So this morning I’m leaning into the little rituals that have always made me feel good in my body. My Sunday lymphatic massage, skincare, taking my time… nothing groundbreaking, nothing that changes the reality of what I’m navigating.

But I’m beginning to realise that self care, for me, isn’t really about trying to feel better.

It’s about caring for myself while I don’t.

And I think there’s a big difference. 🤍

Today I’m taking things slowly. One Sunday, one ritual, one little moment of care at a time.

12/09/2026

After months of Grab takeaways, eating out and more 7-Eleven snacks than I care to admit… I cannot tell you how good THIS feels. 😂

Nothing fancy. Just a fridge full of colourful, wholesome food that I’ve made myself.

I think this is another little part of coming home that I didn’t realise I’d missed so much feeding myself properly, pottering around my own kitchen and knowing there’s something lovely waiting in the fridge when I’m hungry.

My body is basically saying THANK F**K. 😂🥦

I think sometimes we underestimate the power of the completely ordinary. 🤍

When the big things in life feel anything but settled, there’s something incredibly comforting about returning to the tiny rituals that tell your body, I know this. I know this place.

A favourite mug. Familiar smells. Your own bed. The routines you barely noticed until you didn’t have them anymore.

None of them fix the big stuff.

But bloody hell, they can make the big stuff feel a little easier to hold.

Turns out coming home isn’t always one big moment. Sometimes it’s a hundred tiny ones. 🤍

20 years ago today. 1 year ago today. And today. 🤍

Nothing about our life ever really went according to plan.

And yet somehow, after 30 years together, we got there.

I will forever be grateful that our final chapter was one of the most beautiful chapters of all.

Happy anniversary, Olly.

What a bloody ridiculous, difficult, extraordinary, beautiful life we made.
I’d choose you all over again. 🤍

And now, it’s time for the three of us to go home.
