*FUNDRAISING EVENT*
As you may be aware, on 5th November Nuneaton R.F.C. will be celebrating our 141st Anniversary.
Our first ever fixture as a club was played back in 1880, against Tamworth R.F.C.
140 years later, we are making the trip along the A5 once again...
On November 7th, members of Nuneaton RFC’s 1st and 2nd XV will be honouring our history while attempting to raise vital funds for the club by running to Tamworth and back. That’s over 30 miles in total!
Not only that, once at Tamworth, the boys will be playing RFU Rugby Ready Touch against Tamworth RFC before making the trip back to Liberty Way.
This event forms part of our continued fundraising activity. Over the course of the day, each player will cover approximately 10 miles - which for some of our front row boys will feel like a marathon!

Any donations very much appreciated - it will go a long way to helping secure the future of our proud club, ensuring financial stability during what is a really difficult time for so many sports teams across the country.
The boys will be leaving Nuneaton R.F.C. at 7.30am on Saturday 7th, and returning at approximately 5.00pm.
Any support for the boys would be much appreciated, so feel free to come along and cheer them on as they leave or as they return!
