25 Weeks of cutting, 17 weeks on prep

17 weeks of hitting 12k+ steps each week

17 weeks of hitting cardio even when I didn’t feel like it (shock that’s what adults do)

10KG Lost in total and tons of lessons learnt.

Big up for all the help and keeping me level headed throughout the entire time, by far the easiest cut i’ve ever done in terms of direction and adherence.

Time to put this physique to shame next year.

Now for the hard part, not gaining it all back on summer holidays 👀

This is what can be done in 6 weeks📓

Rich came to me frustrated.

He had decent training knowledge - 4 classes per week, consistent, showing up.

But the results weren’t coming.

The problem wasn’t his effort in the gym. It was what was happening outside of it.

Rich loves going out. Good food, a few drinks, enjoying life - and honestly, that’s not something I wanted to take away from him.

What he needed wasn’t restriction. He needed a plan that actually fit his life.

So that’s what we built.

We stopped trying to squeeze him into a cookie-cutter approach and started working with his lifestyle - not against it.

The result?

105kg → 99kg

6 kilos down, still going out, still enjoying himself - just doing it smarter.

If you’ve been consistent in the gym but can’t figure out why the scale won’t budge, your training probably isn’t the issue.

🔥 AMAZING TRANSFORMATION! 25KG LOST (with a surprise) 🔥

This client came to me wanting to drop some bodyfat in order to meet the qualifications for IVF ready to start her own family due to struggles in the past..

Safe to say we smashed it out the park and even dropped more weight than what was necessary!

The way we approached this was..

✔️ 4x per week resistance training

✔️ 10,000 steps per day + additional 60 minutes weekly cardio

✔️ Calorie controlled diet

What we didn’t do is..

❌ Overly restrict food

❌ Spend an obnoxious amount of time doing cardio

❌ Miss out / Avoid meals and nights out

The result of this was..

✅ 25KG ~ 4 Stone Lost forever

✅ Overall confidence in and out of the gym increased

✅ A healthy relationship with food and training

Now, the best part about this transformation is not the weight loss or the complete mental shift..

It is the fact that she was able to get pregnant naturally without the need of IVF!

The timeframe of this was March 2024 → June 2025.

All of this was achieved through a combination of 1-2-1 Personal Training and Online Coaching with me.

HOLIDAY READY!! 🔥

Over 13kg lost forever!

He came to me wanting to get ready for a family holiday and increase his training knowledge!

We had to work around a busy day of travelling to and from college, and also his additional sports commitments

Safe to say we smashed that target!

But not only has he dropped so much weight

He has..

✔️ Found a consistent training routine

✔️ The most confidence he has ever had

✔️ Enjoyed training

What we didn’t do is..
