Great effort in the drills at the start and really good in the game. He did a fantastic stint in defence then moved up field and got a couple of goals as well.

Trainer of the Week - Austin

Great effort from Austin in the drills today, working on his delivery and power of his passes. He then took this into the game at the end, getting into some great battles and finding good areas to be in. 👏🏻

Trainer of the week (25/4/26) - Franco

Franco was fantastic throughout in the training session. Great listening throughout and getting his head up in the game’s to find suitable passes. Also bagged plenty of goals too!

Trainer of the week - Layla

Layla was a hero today! Great in the drills and excellent in the game. Lots of communication and scanning with great runs and passes throughout.

Hurricanes 2-0 Southam United Minor
8 game winning streak for the team! Another great game of football against a good and fair team. Honestly though, the shoreline doesn’t reflect the game as we had the most chances.
A great header from our very own Junior Bobby Thomas (Josh W) got the ball rolling. After that, we passed the ball around but couldn’t find a way either through the defence or into the back of the net.
Second half saw a few coaches to make sure everyone had a game, and Joe snuck in to get his first goal of the season.
As usual, a great shift put in by the whole team.

He doesn’t come from Chester but our centre back loves a run into the other half. Rewarded with a goal and as usual for Josh, defensively solid.

Excellent work in the crossing drills, getting himself into good positions and a couple of nice finishes as well!
Good performance in the game at the end too demonstrating good teamwork skills.

Hurricanes 5-0 GNP Lions

Mid-week games are a struggle for teams after a long day working hard in school and that showed as we were slow to get going.
But, after creating a few chances, we got our rewards and got the result we deserved. Lovely passages of play from the back line to the front line!
Solid at the back giving very little away including some fantastic tracking back.
Maybe not as many chances created as usual but clinical when necessary.
They also worked brilliant as a team, being fully supportive of each other.
Truly a great game to watch.

Long time trainer and now part of the match squad. Great defensive duties today including some lovely runs through the field and down the wing. 👏🏻

CHESS 2-5 Hurricanes

What a result!
Last time we played CHESS the game was very close, ending 2-1 to us.
In the first half, we should have put more of our chances away but went in at half time leading 0-1. After the break, CHESS came back at us to lead 2-1. Then we stepped it up. Great passes strong the field saw us equalise then go on to really secure victory. Fantastic goals from our team today, all worthy of goal of the season!
Great effort from everyone today and great support from both teams in a very enjoyable game to watch.

Ethan had moved from right back to winger and appears to be relishing the opportunity. Great runs and battles coupled with some great crosses. Also getting into dangerous areas to have a go on goal. 👏🏻
