What an incredible session tonight — our Week 4 full body circuit was something else! 🎉 Every single one of you showed up ready to work and truly pushed your limits 💪
I watched you dig deep, keep pushing, and give it everything — especially those final 10 seconds of every circuit… you all dug so deep and refused to quit! 🫶

I am so incredibly proud of every single person in that room tonight — your effort, your grit, and your determination are just amazing to see. This is what it’s all about — showing up, challenging yourself, and cheering each other on 💛

Thank you for bringing that energy tonight team — you should all be so proud of yourselves! 🙌

Due to the unpredictable weather Amblefest will now be held indoors.
We’ll still have all the food vans, stalls and music.
There will be limited parking available on site.

🚗 There will be no parking on site (or on Ambleside way) so please walk if you can.

🪑We suggest you bring camping chairs or blankets as there is limited seating outside.
