Special mention to Dexter, who gave it his all competing in both Patterns and Sparring in two very tough categories. It wasn’t his day for a medal, but he demonstrated real perseverance and determination which we are very proud of.

Also a mention for Lacey who stepped up last minute to join another club's team Patterns. With just a few hours practice the team came away with a Silver 👏

🥊 Joint Sparring Seminar Reminder 🥊

Don’t forget, our joint sparring seminar with Jiyu Martial Arts and Spartans Kickboxing is on Saturday 20th June, 11:00 am–1:30 pm at Cheadle Guildhall.

It’s a fantastic chance for our intermediate and advanced sparrers to collaborate with other styles, learn from Dean Howard, Kerry Allsopp and Miss Danielle, and test your skills against new partners in a friendly, challenging environment.

It was great to reconnect with our extended Taekwon‑Do family, exchange ideas, and learn from Grand Master Brown IX how to ensure our students are learning Taekwon‑Do correctly and efficiently. 🙏
