Another result for Lee Werrett at the Stafford Moor May Festival, battling some seriously tough conditions across five days of match fishing.

Lee finished 12th overall with 395lb and picked up every day of the festival against a stacked field and brutal winds.

“Started the week with a section win on Tanners with 108lb, followed by another section and lake win on Pines with 108lb again, despite horrific wind conditions. Day 3 Woodpecker was a real battle in the force 9 winds but I managed 103lb for 3rd in section.

"Willow was a much slower day for 7lb 10oz and Oak finished the festival with 66lb for another 3rd in section. Ended the week on 8 points and just missed out on a higher finish on weight countback, but really pleased to pick up every day in such challenging conditions. Big congratulations to Matt McDermott, Courtney Ray and Feva's Chris Cameron, and well done to everyone who fished the festival.”
