✨ Ready for another fun evening of Line Dancing? ✨
Join us this Tuesday 2nd June at the Line Dancing Masterclass at Weston Hall Hotel 💃🤠

We’ll be learning routines step by step, having lots of laughs, building confidence and enjoying a lovely social atmosphere along the way 💛
No pressure, no partner needed — just come along, have fun and enjoy the music!

We’ll run through all the dances together so everyone leaves feeling accomplished 👏

Love the variety of my job......had the absolute pleasure of teaching Zumba & PomFit plus mindfulness to Rainbows 🌈 and Brownies for them to get their Agility and Sports Badges on Tuesday Night.

From Walkfit… to PomFit… to Line Dancing 💃✨

This lovely lady started by coming along to my Walkfit classes, then built up the confidence and strength to join PomFit and Line Dancing too. ❤️

She knew at some point she would need a new hip… and when that time came, she had to stop all classes whilst she recovered. But she did EVERYTHING she was told to do post-op — all the exercises, all the rehab, all the hard work behind the scenes. 👏

Now just 11 weeks post-op, once she got the go ahead she slowly eased herself back in starting with Walkfit… and today she bounced into PomFit smiling the whole way through because she could finally skip again! 🥹❤️

It just shows… USE IT OR LOSE IT.

Keeping our bodies moving really does matter. Strength, mobility, balance, fitness and community all play such an important part in helping us stay active and independent for as long as possible.

So proud of you ❤️🙌
