🚨 NEW CLASS ALERT 🚨

Exciting news! From next Monday 11th July I will be trialing a BODYPUMP class at this class will be on after BODYCOMAT and will start at 10.30am for 45 minutes ✌🏻

It will be available to book on the app (hopefully from tomorrow) and is open to members and none members 💪🏻

Makes a fabulous edition to a Monday morning 🏋🏻‍♀️come and join me 🙌🏻

Hello peeps so…… say you had the choice of a 30 min Les Mills CORE class or a 45 minute class… Which would you prefer 🙏🏻 xx
