RockBox is a non contact boxing HiiT workout. We use drumsticks for toning and boxing for cardio. Optional weighted gloves are used throughout the session

My aim has always been that you come and have fun for an hour forgetting the daily grind and leave smiling….but actually knowing the wider impact it has had on some of you just blows me away.
