Our "You+" pillar focus this month is social wellness—connecting with others, building friendships, and nurturing our mental well-being through community. And nobody embodies this spirit quite like our Senior Pickleball group!
Every week, these amazing players bring incredible energy to the courts. But the real magic happens after the game. Instead of heading straight home, the group stays behind to relax, catch up, and enjoy a well-deserved coffee together.
It’s a fantastic reminder that staying active is just one part of the equation; the laughs, stories, and connections shared over a warm mug are just as important for a healthy, happy life.
