A lovely soft and gentle Tai Chi class tonight focusing on the emotions of yin, kindness, compassion, patience and tolerance.
Starting with seated deep breathing to calm the mind, body and emotions, into neutral standing, unlocking the joints, scanning the body, softening the tension,a few chigung exercises to open up the body , flowing into the first section of the yang Chen Fu form, finishing the class with seated meditation.

It was good to welcome husband and wife Chris and Jacqueline along for a free trial lesson.
It was great to meet you both,we are so pleased that you enjoyed your first class with us and that you already started to feel the benefits,we look forward to seeing you again next week.

Looking forward to seeing everyone in class tonight for some soul healing Tai Chi 🙏
