Aaannnddd ... into the recycling goes the Rebel Badge Book. Given how much clutter I've got rid of this week I think I can now finally design (and complete) my:
*Declutterer/Tidy Bird
*Save the Planet
and
*Take Control
badges.
With a nice, tidy workroom, I now have the space to design some decent badges and set/clarify my challenges.
Watch this space.

I found these a while ago and as soon as I get the chance I'm going to buy some. I think I already qualify for some of them and I'm going to enjoy getting the experience for the rest of them. ๐คฃ

Thought I'd kick off this page with a couple of pics of my own, as yet small, badge collection. I decided to sew them onto a navy hoody as a sort of mock uniform or, as someone suggested, a 'one-iform'.
The badges on the left sleeve were purchased from a company called 'Rebel Badge Store' (nothing to do with me - I'm merely a sometime customer). There is a book available with clauses set out if you're really keen and pernickety but you're not compelled to fulfil any of them.
On the front of my hoodie is the Lone Wolf patch. Ostensibly a biker patch, it represents the 'club' (or in this case the non-club) element of my badge collecting - I work alone. The badges below are from campaigns and other projects that I am/have been involved with. I also plan to include the more random badges that I obtain on the other side of the hoody. I have a few in mind which I will source and share at a later point.
The right sleeve represents where I come from and what makes me 'me' - where I grew up, the teenager I was and how my life has been shaped etc. I'm especially proud of the red shield. It's homemade and features an heraldic cinquefoil - the emblem of the city where seven generations of my family before me were born and bred.
