Club Captain Steve Roberts & Wynne Walters crowned South Wales Coastal Captain's Knockout Champions 🏆

They played Whitchurch at P&K in tough windy conditions, prevailing 3&2.

This is the first time SGC have won this Cup since its inception in 1982.

For the past four years, a team of ten Welsh Parkinson’s golfers have participated in the Sport Parkinson’s Four Nations Golf Tournament at The Belfry. The Welsh team have won the tournament twice - the only team to do so!

Phil Howe captained the team on the second victory; and is joining the team again this year, along with fellow members Mark Williams & Kevin Bywater.

Team Wales are fundraising for 2026, where all the money raised will go towards Sport Parkinson's & Sandville Self Help Foundation - encouraging others battling Parkinson's to 'keep active & strong 'til a cure comes along'.
