Yesterday, Okehampton Wanderers completed the DWFL 2025-26 season in the Plymouth 😎 and in some style. The results were W4, D1, L1 - and it means we finished 3rd in the table, just missing out on 2nd on goal difference. Very well done to all involved over the 6 tournaments, and bring on next season. COYW!

Here is the Okehampton Wanderers squad for the Devon Walking Football League tournament, held on Sunday afternoon at the Exeter City training ground. Great surface to play on and we returned with W2, D1, L2. Very well done to all involved. 👏🏻

Last night was the final Okehampton Wanderers session for 2025. Great turnout on a chilly night and a 1:1 draw the final score. So with that, we’d like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and all the best for 2026.

At last nights Devon Walking Football League AGM, our continued participation in the Intermediate Division was confirmed for the 2025/26 season 👍🏻

Last year was a learning experience for the squad with a number of very narrow defeats and draws that could’ve and probably should’ve gone our way. Well, I would say that 😉. The entire Okehampton Wanderers squad did very well indeed and can now look forward to the new season. Here’s the final 2024/25 table after 30 games … next tournament: Sunday 14/9/25. Bring it on ⚽️🙂
