💥 And that’s a wrap on our first Strength Testing Week of the year! 💥

What a session! Yesterday was all about celebrating progress, pushing limits, and seeing just how far our members have come… and the results did not disappoint. 🙌

We saw so many PBs smashed across the room, from first-time lifters hitting milestones they never thought possible to seasoned members setting new personal bests.

🏆The best part?

Strength testing isn’t about comparing yourself to anyone else. It’s about having an objective way to measure your progress and proving to yourself that all those early mornings, workouts, and consistent efforts are paying off.

A massive, massive, MASSIVE well done to everyone who took part yesterday – you should be incredibly proud of yourselves! 👏
