These two photos were taken less than 10 minutes apart...
The only changes made were:
- Blinds were closed
- Room lights turned up
- Covered himself in water
- Quick chest/shoulder/bicep pump
- Squeezed abs for the second photo
This experiment was done to highlight how misleading pictures on social media can be. 👀

Back on the keto journey... simple tuna mayo with an edamame, pink grapefruit and avocado salad... my homemade dressing too! Quick, easy, filling and tasty... it doesn’t have to be hardwork!! Great for boosting energy levels and getting your body working more efficiently! I’ve found some great websites for links to find out more about keto foods! www.isitketo.org is a great one! The keto diet puts your body safely into a state of ketosis (this isn’t suitable for everyone so please research before embarking!). When the body is in a state of ketosis it relies more on fats and your body’s fat reserves using them for energy over sugar... often in our first world diet from sugary carbs and processed foods! This plus regular exercise (I’m currently walking at a medium pace for an hour a day and doing either body weight, weight training or a fitness class for around 45 minutes a day! Choosing to walk over a bus and finding time to fit in training in and around work! ❤️❤️❤️

GORGEOUS GUYS AND GALS!!! I'm looking at starting dancercise and yogalates on Monday evenings in the old school rooms in Hatherleigh! 7-7:45 for dancercise and 8-8:45 for yogalates!
