🎡Register for the Okehampton Carnival 🎡

FOOTsteps are looking to support Okehampton to ‘GLOW’ for the evening parade year with a tribute to Dolly 🤠🤍

Please collect a form from your class teacher to register to take part. The Carnival which will be held on Saturday 17th October and dancers will be needed from 5:15-8:15pm. This will be for Grade 2 and over (Year 5+).

In order to ensure the t-shirts arrive in time we have a tight deadline this. Please ensure t-shirt orders have been placed and payment made by Thursday 1st October 🫶🏻

Sadly, Okehampton will no longer be holding an afternoon parade for our younger sparkles 😢 BUT we understand the amazing Rob Pudner will be holding lots of fun and games at the Charter Hall in the afternoon from 2-4pm. Tickets for this are £5 and available from Donald’s Menswear.

✨Do you have a little sparkle waiting to shine?! ✨

Dance and movement based classes are a great way for littles ones to build confidence, make new friends, improve gross motor skills, harness imagination and have fun! 💜

Our fabulous Miss Clare runs our Parent & Toddler ‘Jumping Beans’ Classes and Pre-School Dance Classes during the week. She is ISTD trained, DBS checked and has over 15 years experience working with early years. 🥰

💜 🎉Shout Out to Jess & Maisie 🎉💜

Huge shout out to two of senior dancers Jess and Maisie who successfully auditioned for the Exeter College Dance Academy. 🤩

The Academy programme delivers an exciting experience through technique and conditioning classes, as well as workshops with visiting artists and companies which run alongside lessons for their A-Levels 🧑‍🩰

We hope you have had a great first week and cannot wait to see all the exciting things you learn!

Miss April, Miss Clare and Miss Mandy are SUPER excited to get back to classes soon 🤩

Invoices have been sent, lessons planned and the carnival dance choreographed ready for a new school year welcoming dancers old and new to the FOOTsteps family fun ✅

We hope all students returning to education this week have a great week, particularly those entering their first ever week of primary, secondary or college! ✏️

❣️Just a reminder that whilst twice weekly Zumba classes return to the timetable this week, all other classes return week commencing 14th September❣️

We watched FAME at the the Theatre Royal in Plymouth which was just Fab🤩💫
