What a few months of work can do 💪🏻🔥

Awesome progress from Kirsty over the past few months. 👏🏻

People often ask me something along the lines of:
“How hungry will I be?”
“Do I need to really suffer for this?”
“Will I have to give up carbs?”

My answers are always the same…

No.

You don’t have to, people are so scarred or warped by the diet culture that is preying on people buying into bu****it. Fad diets, slimming world, Herbalife, all of these con artists who prey on desperate people and provide zero value to anyone.

There’s a better way, a way that encourages your health and wellbeing.

If you took a thousand athletes and compared them to a thousand diet culture, Herbalife followers, what’s the difference?

The difference is that athletes eat well and train. They do that regularly and the other group don’t. The other group will follow a ridiculous and unsustainable plan for a very short period of time, then go off the rails and end up back at square one.

The point?

Implement habits that you can sustainably follow. That will give you the results you want and THAT will change your life 😎💪🏻
