There are very few things in life that can be this fu***ng vile… and still be this much fun. 😂🔥
💀 SATURDAY SLAUGHTERHOUSE 💀
Every single Saturday these guys turn up and bring the ENERGY. No excuses. No hiding. No easy reps. Just a room full of people willing to suffer together and somehow come out smiling. 😂
If you’ve never been to Saturday Slaughterhouse… are you even alive?! 😮💨
The ones who make it out the other side don’t just earn their weekend…
they fu***ng prove they deserve it. 🫡🔥
Former military mentality.
Community spirit.
Absolute carnage.
Same time next Saturday. 💀

You still have enough time. ⏳
Enough time to become stronger.
Enough time to change your habits.
Enough time to build confidence.
Enough time to become the person you keep telling yourself you want to be. 💪
And here’s the thing…
You don’t have to do it alone.
That’s what I love about our gym. ❤️
We’re not just a room full of people lifting weights and grunting at mirrors 😂
We’re a community.
People turning up on the days they feel motivated… and especially on the days they don’t.
People supporting each other.
People laughing, sweating, struggling and getting better together.
After years in the military, I learned something pretty quickly:
Discipline will take you places motivation never will. 🎖️
You don’t need to be perfect.
You don’t need to be the fittest person in the room.
You just need to start… and keep showing up.
Because there is STILL time. 🔥
Your story isn’t finished yet.
Now get your arse in the gym. 😂💪

Some training partners just make you work harder… Connor is definitely one of them. 😂💪🏼
12 months ago we started talking, both coming from a bodybuilding background, and today we put ourselves through one hell of a chest session. 🔥
We pushed each other right to the limit… although I’ll admit there were a fair few steps taken on my behalf when things got heavy! 😂🤦🏻♂️
Thanks for the push, Connor, mate. Proper good session and even better having someone who’s willing to suffer alongside you! 🤝🏼
Same time in a couple of weeks, mate. I’ll try to keep up next time! 😂💪🏼
That’s the thing I love about fitness — it brings all kinds of people together. Different backgrounds, different stories, but the same passion for training hard and getting better. ❤️🔥
Now my chest is absolutely fu**ed. 😂
Swear I’d look bigger if I shaved for the occasion 🤣🤣

If you’re over 40, I’ve got some good news…
You’re probably only halfway there. 🥳
Which means you’ve still got plenty of time to f**k things up. 😂
But here’s the thing…
By 42, you’ve probably already made enough mistakes to write your own instruction manual. 📖
You’ve learnt what matters.
You’ve learnt what doesn’t.
You’ve learnt who deserves a place in your life… and who definitely doesn’t.
You’ve learnt that not every battle needs to be fought. 🥊
I joined the Army at 16 and left at 24. 🇬🇧
I’ve been to war.
I’ve fought battles physically and mentally.
I’ve had emotional breakdowns.
I’ve experienced financial hardship, family trauma, loss, heartbreak and everything in between.
I’ve lost people I desperately wish were still here. ❤️
I’ve gained people I never knew I needed.
I’ve fu**ed things up.
I’ve got things right.
I’ve fallen down.
I’ve got back up.
And somehow, here I am…
42. 🎂
My birthday was actually on the 28th of July, but apparently I’m taking my time getting around to celebrating it properly. 😂
And honestly?
I think the best bit is still ahead.
Because the next chapter isn’t about proving yourself anymore.
It’s not about how much money you can make.
It’s not about the car on the driveway.
It’s not about the watch on your wrist or the things you can buy.
It’s about memories. ✨
It’s about experiences.
Laughing until your stomach hurts.
Travelling. 🌍
Meeting good people.
Loving hard. ❤️
Taking risks.
Watching the people you care about grow.
Creating moments that you’ll still be talking about when you’re 82.
The first half of life teaches you.
The second half gives you the opportunity to use everything you’ve learnt.
So if you’re over 40…
Stop acting like it’s all downhill from here.
You’re halfway there.
You’ve survived the s**t.
You’ve learnt the lessons.
You’ve earned the scars.
Now go and fu***ng live. 🥂🔥
42 years down.
The best chapter starts now.
And if anyone asks how old I am…
I’m still 36. Obviously. 😂🎂

You don’t have to do it alone. ❤️
That’s what we’re trying to build here. 🖤
A place where you can walk through the doors regardless of your age, ability, experience or confidence and know that you’re welcome. 🤝
Because training is important. 💪
But community is everything. 🫶
We celebrate each other’s wins. 🏆
We pick each other up on the s**t days. 🖤
We laugh. 😂 We sweat. 💦 We struggle. 😤 We get stronger. 💪
That’s Heavenly Bodies.
You’re not just a member.
You’re part of the community. 🖤
