We absolutely love seeing ETKO families getting active, challenging themselves and supporting each other, just like this fantastic family who took on the Beast Race and finished it side by side! 💪🔥

🔥TEAM ETKO SMASHED THE BEAST RACE🔥

What a way to put all that training to the test! 💪🔥

A huge WELL DONE to Vio and our amazing ETKO members who took on the Beast Race 2026 and absolutely smashed it! 👏👏👏

This was no easy challenge! The Beast Race throws competitors into a brutal 10km course across rugged Scottish landscapes, combining hills, swamps, obstacles and loch crossings 🌊⛰️

There was mud. There was water. There were hills. There were plenty of moments to question life choices! 😂🤦‍♀️

But Team ETKO showed exactly what we are all about…strength, determination, teamwork and never giving up! 💪

From getting stuck in the mud to powering through the finish line, you supported each other, pushed through the tough bits and showed incredible team spirit. 🙌🔥

We are so proud of every single one of you!

🌟 Little Movers, BIG Adventures 🌟

At ETKO our Early Years Classes are all about learning, exploring and having FUN! 🎉

Through exciting activities, games and challenges, little ones are encouraged to build confidence, try new things and discover what their bodies can do.

While the emphasis is firmly on fun, children are encouraged to develop core skills relating to strength, movement and balance, as part of our unique Fundamental Movement and Basic Sport Skills Programme.

From climbing and crawling to balancing, rolling and jumping, every activity helps lay the foundations for an active, confident and capable child.

Because learning through play is where the magic happens! 🩷🩵🖤

🩷🩵🖤 EVERY GYMNAST DEVELOPS DIFFERENTLY 🖤🩵🩷

One of the most important things to remember in gymnastics is that progress does not look the same for every child. ✨

Some gymnasts seem to fly through new skills, while others take a little longer to develop the strength, coordination, confidence and understanding they need and thatis completely okay! 🤸‍♀️

At ETKO, we do not believe in comparing one gymnast to another. We focus on individual development, helping each child progress at a rate that is safe, sustainable and right for them.

🎯 Improving technique
🧠 Building confidence
❤️ Developing resilience
✨ Learning to believe in themselves

Sometimes progress is obvious. Sometimes it is a tiny improvement that only a coach notices. And sometimes a skill that has been developing for months suddenly clicks!

There is no “right” speed of development. Every gymnast has their own starting point, their own strengths and their own journey.

Our job is to give them the time, support and encouragement they need to keep moving forward, without rushing the process.

Because we are not just looking for the next skill.

We are building strong foundations for a lifetime of movement, sport and confidence 🩷🩵🖤

🔥 GAUNTLET GLORY FOR GRANT & WENDY 🔥

What a weekend for ETKO 💪🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Grant and Wendy Campbell took on the challenge of The Gauntlet at the Aberdeen Exhibition Centre and what a performance! 👏🔥

🥉 Grant smashed it in the Solo 40–49 age category, finishing an incredible 3rd place!

🥉 Grant & Wendy then teamed up for the Mixed Doubles event and secured another fantastic 3rd place! 🙌

Two events. Two podium finishes. 🏆🏆

Huge congratulations to you both! What an achievement and a brilliant example of strength, determination and fitness 💪🩷🩵🖤
