Fight No.4 for FN VII , AKKG Stonehaven fighter .arran steps back through the ropes for his 2nd K1 fight this time vs .gymnasium talented young fighter Corrie Roxburgh , both fighters trying to stay active this year , best of luck to both these young Scottish K1 prospects !!

The highs & lows of combat sports , this time UCE show in Renfrew Glasgow ..... We had 3 guys on the show first up in a low kick bout , bit of a scrappy fight, his opponent put up a decent challenge we thought Kieran had the more effective boxing & landed the cleaner shots & came away with the victory , second up we had .marshall.3 in a Pro am K1 bout vs a talented opponent .... Once again Findlay's boxing proving to be the difference some clean uppercuts landing & him getting his hand raised for this one !! Finally we had who came up in weight to take this WKU title opportunity for a Scottish K1 title .... Cameron started well in the first round controlling the tempo & coming away with very little damage , round two he fell into a few bad habits & definitely didn't win that round .... 3 & 4 were better , too close to call if we're being honest but then his opponent landed the cleaner shots in the final round to come away with the victory , lessons learnt again for Cameron , we think he's suited best to fighting that lower weight but fair play to his opponent !! Thanks so much for having us down on the show , the guys all enjoyed it , 50/50 match ups so hopefully we can get involved again some time

Well it's that time again to start promoting fights for AKKG FN VII ..... 12 weeks on Saturday til the show , fight No.1 in no particular order is AKKG fighter stepping up into the adult ranks vs fighter Taylor Kelly in this 61kg K1 match up .... Best of luck to both fighters !! Tickets now on sale for the show , hopefully the biggest one so far!!

Super excited to announce a seminar with on Saturday 26th September .... 90min ground fighting workshop followed by 90min striking workshop ..... Striking workshop is already sold out , grappling one has approx 14 spaces left , at this stage only AKKG students but we might open up the last few spaces to other gyms ..... Everyone is buzzin for this event, can't wait to welcome Chris to our gym!!

Well this fight is a long time coming !! A young debut fighter in .ironside was matched to fight back when he was a teen just before Covid hit .... The fight obviously never happened & both fighters have since went on their own journeys with fights and now finally meet on RTD fight night in October !! This one for an ICO Scottish K1 title .... From everyone at AKKG the best of luck to Lewis with this K1 match up
