5 years of District L, and it’s only when you look back that you realise just how far you’ve come.

I saw the picture on the right, and the first thing I noticed was my cellulite and ‘overhang’, and I thought, “Good god, that’s not going anywhere” 😅. Then I was talking to one of my lovely clients, and she asked to see a picture from the first year I did this comp. We found the picture on the left.

23 year old lil Liv would never, in a million years, have thought she’d be able to do muscle ups, legless rope climbs, run up a bloody mountain, or make it to a final with the dream team 🤯

Keep fckkkking going.
