Nervous about starting pole?
I promise you’re not the only one that feels like that! Pretty much everyone who walks into their first class is thinking ‘omg what have I signed up for?’ 😂
Then by the end of the class they’re wondering why they didn’t start sooner 🫶🏼
It’s totally normal to feel nervous when you’re trying something new, but in our little studio, we have the most supportive, welcoming humans who will be your biggest cheerleaders from the moment you walk through the door 💖
You don’t need to be strong, flexible or have any idea what you’re doing when you start 😅 that’s literally what the beginner course is for! We’ll teach you everything step by step and make sure you feel comfortable trying new moves and spins 💫
Our new beginner course starts this Thursday at 8pm and we’d absolutely love to have you there!
There are only two spaces left though, so if you’ve been thinking about it for a while now, this is your sign to get it booked ✨

Which is why we’ve created our Bring Your Partner to Pole workshop 👯♂️👯♂️
And honestly, this might be the funniest date night you’ve ever had 😂
No experience needed, just a fun session full of laughs, trying something new together and probably discovering your partner is either secretly amazing at pole… or absolutely not 😅
Expect beginner friendly doubles moves, partner stretches, lots of cheering each other on and a class you’ll both remember for a while!!
Because couples who pole together, stay together 🫶🏼
