Being nervous and doing it anyway (from experience)

I’m so glad I went to the class!

The yoga is only part of what my sessions are. A big part yes, but I want you to feel that shift as soon as you walk in

The other part is in this, getting the room ready

Making sure your blanket, your little space, every little detail and every corner of that room has been given some love while singing my heart out or chanting mantra 🎶

Not because it has to be, there’s no rules about it

But because that’s how I like to welcome you

Before we say hello I want the space to say

“Come on in, you are welcome and you’ll be looked after here” 🤍
And there will be a hug waiting for you if you want it! 🤗

Yesterday I was teaching Kundalini Yoga at Cheshire Wellness Festival and I’m still smiling about it 🌻

I went on my own, but I never once felt alone 🌎

I spent the afternoon chatting with the most open hearted, kind, welcoming people,exactly my kind of people! The sort of conversations that leave you driving home with a full heart, and a feeling that you’ve made friends you’ll know for a long time 🥰

Teaching my session was so much fun! Watching people experience Kundalini Yoga for the first time, then hearing afterwards how much they enjoyed it, was really special 🙏🏼

We finished with a SAT KAR TAR mantra meditation. I don’t have any footage of that moment, but hearing our voices and FEELING our vibration carry across the festival was something I’ll never forget 🤩

A huge thank you to my lovely friend Zoe .and.regulate for capturing these moments while she was there with her beautiful crystal stall, I’m so grateful to have these little memories to look back on. 💛

Days like yesterday remind me why I love what I do. Thank you to everyone who came to the class, stopped for a chat, or just simply shared the day. I left with a very full heart. 🫶🤍🫶

Anyone else reached the point where this heat has gone from “This is lovely” to “I’d quite like a cool breeze now…”? 💦
